A fabulous walk for the four of us.

Our route took us from Getränke Risse through the birch grove and along the Deininghauser Bach to Hof Menken to warm up—thanks for the coffee!

From there, along the border to Deininghausen through the Grutholz forest and back to Risse.

Altogether we were out for 4:15 hours and were able to photograph all kinds of mosses, lichens, and landscape details with trees.

I’m already looking forward to Course II on April 18.
